  • Yes. You can book your class via our website. Classes begin on time.

  • All of our classes are hot! It’s designed to maintain the perfect blend of heat and humidity that facilitates the body’s natural ability to heal. If you’re a new student, you may find the heat challenging at first - but don’t get discouraged. Do what you can and be sure to listen to your body. Take breaks by sitting or lying down as often as you need to. Your body’s ability to function in the heat is not a measure of physical conditioning, but heat conditioning. Only consistent exposure to heat will allow the body to acclimate. You’ll quickly see the benefits with a regular practice.

  • The most common misconception about yoga is that you have to be flexible. With a stable and safe practice, suited to your body’s daily needs, you’ll notice increased flexibility over time.

  • We ask that students be at least 16 years old. Children’s bodies do not regulate heat as well and can suffer from heat sickness. Parent/guardian supervision is required for students who are under 18 years old.

  • Yes! Contact yogi@creative-yoga.com to discuss your private session options. We are happy to assist individuals or groups. A private session is a perfect way to deepen your yoga practice, work on a few challenge poses, or celebrate with a group of friends.
