Vinyasa Flow

Yoga Fusion

Focus on flowing breath and balancing poses in this grounding, powerful fusion class. Get the best of both Vinyasa and Hot 26 class styles and leave feeling strong and refreshed.

Power Hour

The perfect session when you want a power workout. Achieve optimal balance with 45 minutes of standing flow series, followed by 15 minutes of floor postures, including hip openers and abdominal work. This program is ideal for runners, cardio lovers, and fitness enthusiasts.

Power Rise

Wake up and get ready for your day with this combination of vinyasa flow movements. We’ll strengthen and open our bodies, while focusing on breathing exercises to steady our minds.

Yoga Blend

In this class, we’ll mix elements of different styles and schools of yoga. Both strengthening and softening, these safe and powerful practices join movement and stillness for a full-body treat.

Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates focuses on small movements that require the use of important stabilizing muscles of the back and core. There is a strong emphasis on starting each exercise with a controlled breath that initiates a contraction of the core muscles, but the heat adds the element of more sweat and heated muscles for better flexibility. All you need is a yoga mat, towel and water.
