New to hot yoga?
Hydrate. Good hydration supports the healthy function of all of your body’s systems, and it makes the heat feel comfortable rather than overwhelming.
Wear light comfortable clothing and no shoes or socks in the studio.
Bring a yoga mat, a large bath towel and drinking water. We have these items available at the studio for rent and sale.
Go at your own pace. Even seasoned yogis have days where balance or stamina can be elusive.
Take water anytime you need it.
Stay in the room. Getting accustomed to the heat can take a few classes.
Class Package Cancellation
All purchases of single classes and class packages are final. Packages expire and cannot be extended or refunded. This includes New Student specials or other promotions.
Six-Month Auto Debit Cancellation
Auto Debit can be cancelled or suspended at any time. Charges for the complete month will apply.
If you are medically unable to use the studio, you can request a medical freeze up to six months. You must provide a doctor’s letter at the time you request a medical freeze. The medical suspension will applied to future classes and cannot be back dated. You may not freeze your classes for any reason unless your account is in good standing.
All payments are final sale and nonrefundable. To receive credit for a future workshop, your cancellation must be received at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 72 hours prior to the workshop.
