Balance and Harmony: Flow to Yin

This workshop is designed to provide a well-balanced practice of strength vinyasa followed by deeply relaxing yin. The first portion will be breath-based vinyasa flow to recruit muscular strength, flexibility and stamina. The second portion transitions from flow to longer holds of yin poses down on the mat, targeting the connective tissues of the body to help release deeply stored tension. By exploring the active flowing aspects of vinyasa yoga and still, meditative practice of yin yoga, we will learn to move through our lives from a more balanced and harmonious place.


Restorative Yoga

Slow down and restore. We will lower the heat in the room for this workshop as you practice stillness or gentle movements for extended periods of time. Feel free to bring yoga props (blankets, blocks, straps, etc.). You will leave feeling at peace, relaxed and rested.
