Class Package Cancellation
All purchases of single classes and class packages are final. Packages expire and cannot be extended or refunded. This includes New Student specials or other promotions.
Six-Month Auto Debit Cancellation
Auto Debit can be cancelled at any time. Charges for the complete month will apply.
You may freeze your classes in accordance with the following terms: A) You may freeze your membership for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of one month, no more than two times during a twelve month period. B) Your request must be done via email at email@example.com at least five days before the intended freeze start date. C) If you are medically unable to use the studio, you can request a medical freeze up to six months. You must provide a doctor’s letter at the time you request a medical freeze. D) You may not freeze your classes for any reason unless your account is in good standing.
All payments are final sale and nonrefundable. To receive credit for a future workshop, your cancellation must be received at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 72 hours prior to the workshop.
